I have been doing Pilates with Susie for years- she keeps me motivated (which is an achievement on a Monday morning!) and I always look forward to her class, its challenging but she makes it so enjoyable at the same time. Can’t recommend highly enough.
I’ve been going to Susie’s classes for 2yrs now and I can honestly say I don’t know where I would be without them! I have protruding discs in the top of my back due to a horse ridding accident…my own fault I might add! When I first started I couldn’t lift anything moderately heavy, I’m a Nanny and in my line of job it’s rather important to be able to lift small children! Now I am able to do so much more, I’m back ridding and not in as much pain, and feel freer and stronger! She is patient, understanding, fits exercises to your personal needs, professional and every class is fun!
